jean paul gaultier le male cologne for men

Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male – JPG Le Male is an excellent fragrance for men. The two top notes that really pop on the opening are Mint and Lavendar. The vanilla dry down gives this men’s cologne an all-around warm and unique feeling. It’s hard to get over constantly smelling the aromatic and vanilla accords that JPG gives off. A lady killer for sure, but it is also quite popular so you may not stand out too much. This fragrance was created by nose Francis Kurkdjian in 1995 and is a favorite of many men.

Acqua di Gio – ADG … the big bambino. If you know anything about men’s cologne you would have heard about Acqua Di Gio. Regardless of the love and hate this fragrance gets, you should definitely have it in your arsenal. The citrus and marine accords are dominant in this increasingly popular cologne. A true aquatic fragrance and to many, one of the best smelling colognes of all time. Created by infamous nose Alberto Morillas, this fragrance debuted in 1996 and is still going strong.

Chrome Azzarro – A manly and timeless fragrance, Chrome Azzarro doesn’t disappoint. The top opens with a citrus hit of lemon, bergamot and pineapple. The jasmine and rosemary in the heart notes stand out the most and the dry down smells of a mixture of neroli, lemon, jasmine and cedar. Like the rest in this list, Chrome Azzarro is quite a popular fragrance. Although a versatile scent, it’s best worn during the summer/spring months in the daytime.

Gucci Guilty – Truly magnetic to the ladies, Gucci Guilty Pour Homme is a very simple aromatic citrusy floral fragrance. There aren’t many notes and they are lavender, African orange flower, Amalfi lemon, Virginia cedar and patchouli. Although a simple composition it is quite provocative and seductive just like the Gucci brand is known for. Very soft sillage with decent longevity, Gucci Guilty is a great smelling cologne that you may want to check out. It is also fairly new, being released in 2011, but it is gaining steam quickly.

Paco Rabanne 1 Million Intense – I had to include this fragrance as some may enjoy the bubblegum and grape scent that this gives off. Some find the super sweet scent cloying while others think it’s divine. Definitely give this one a test to see if it’s suitable for you (works well with the younger crowd). 1 Million intense is actually a less intense version of its predecessor, 1 Million. Although this has warm spicy accords, I found the dry down of the scent to be overly sweet and very feminine.

Yves Saint Laurent La Nuit de l’Homme – YSL does it again with this stunning fragrance. The cardamom and lavender mixes ever so perfectly creating a fragrance that will consistently reel in the compliments. Seriously, if you’ve always wanted to get compliments on your fragrance, look no further. YSL La Nuit will be your go-to. This men’s cologne is best worn during winter nights and is known to make a powerful statement to those around you!

So pretty much you can’t go wrong with any of these men’s fragrances. All of them will drive the ladies crazy and you will be smelling so fresh and so clean clean. Take care!
